Banjar Municipality Manpower Service Team Visit

Wednesday, August 10, 2022, Statistics of Banjar Municipality was visited by a team from the Manpower Office of Banjar Municipality led by Ninding Kosmana, S. Pd, M. Si, Head of Placement, Expansion and Labor Productivity. The visit was received by A.T Habibi, a computer administrator.

In addition to coordinating, at this meeting the Disnaker team asked for an explanation regarding the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) indicator released by Statistics of Banjar Municipality. This TPAK is one of the targets and performance measures of the Manpower Office. For this reason, a special explanation regarding TPAK is needed in preparation for the performance audit.

Responding to the request from the Disnaker team, Statistics of Banjar Municipality provided an explanation regarding TPAK in accordance with and in line with the explanation that had also been given to the Banjar Banjar Municipality Regional Inspectorate at the previous meeting.

Hopefully there will be more meetings like this so that the introduction and understanding of statistical indicators will develop. In the end, this understanding will support One Data for Banjar Municipality.
